1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using MyTraderScore ("Service"), operated by Robot Mouse LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our Service. These terms apply to all users of the Service.
2. Description of Service
MyTraderScore is a trading performance analytics platform that allows users to upload trade history CSV files and receive AI-generated performance analysis, including a Trader Score™. The Service is intended for informational and educational purposes only.
3. Not Financial Advice
IMPORTANT: MyTraderScore is NOT a financial advisor and does NOT provide financial, investment, or trading advice. All analysis, scores, reports, and insights provided by our Service are for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing in our Service should be construed as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument. Past trading performance does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions. Always consult a qualified financial professional before making investment decisions.
4. Account Registration
To use our Service, you must create an account. You agree to: - Provide accurate and complete information during registration - Maintain the security of your password - Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access to your account - Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account - Be at least 18 years of age We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
MyTraderScore offers paid subscription plans: - Monthly Plan: $19.99 per month - Yearly Plan: $99.00 per year Subscriptions are billed in advance and automatically renew unless cancelled. All payments are processed by Paddle. By subscribing, you authorize Paddle to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Prices may change with 30 days notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
6. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Settings page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access until then. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. To request a refund, contact us at support@mytraderscore.com within 30 days of your initial purchase.
7. Your Data and Content
You retain ownership of all trading data you upload to our Service. By uploading data, you grant us a limited license to process and analyze your data solely for the purpose of providing our Service to you. We do not claim ownership of your trading data and will not share it with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: - Use the Service for any unlawful purpose - Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent data - Attempt to reverse engineer or copy our AI models or algorithms - Share your account credentials with others - Use automated tools to access or scrape our Service - Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service - Resell or redistribute our Service without written permission
9. Intellectual Property
The Service, including the Trader Score™ methodology, AI models, software, design, and content, is owned by Robot Mouse LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of our Service without our written consent. "Trader Score™" is a trademark of Robot Mouse LLC.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR USEFULNESS OF ANY ANALYSIS OR SCORES PROVIDED BY OUR SERVICE.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ROBOT MOUSE LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR TRADING LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
12. Trading Risks
Trading financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss. You acknowledge that: (a) trading is speculative and involves risk; (b) you may lose more than your initial investment; (c) past performance is not indicative of future results; (d) our Service does not reduce or eliminate trading risk; and (e) you are solely responsible for your trading decisions and any resulting losses.
13. Third-Party Services
Our Service integrates with third-party services including Supabase, Paddle, and OpenAI. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services.
14. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page.
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Pennsylvania.
16. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on our website. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
