No. MyTraderScore works entirely from CSV exports. There is no broker connection required, no API keys, and no account linking. Just export your trade history from your broker, upload the file, and get your score instantly.

We support any broker that can export a CSV file. This includes Tradovate, Topstep, NinjaTrader, TradeStation, Interactive Brokers, MetaTrader 4/5, Webull, thinkorswim, and many more. If your broker exports a CSV, we can analyze it. Visit our How to Export page for step-by-step instructions for each broker.

We support all traded markets — futures, forex, stocks, options, crypto, and CFDs. Our analytics work on any trade data that includes entry price, exit price, symbol, direction, and P&L.

Your CSV needs at minimum: entry time, exit time, symbol, direction (buy/sell), quantity, entry price, exit price, and P&L. Commission/fees are optional but recommended for accurate net P&L calculations. Column names do not need to match exactly — you can map them during the upload process.

No problem. Our upload flow includes a column mapping step where you match your CSV columns to our required fields. We also auto-detect most common column name formats from popular brokers, so in most cases everything maps automatically.

There is no limit on the number of trades per upload. We have tested with CSV files containing thousands of trades. All subscribers get unlimited CSV uploads.

Yes. You can upload as many CSV files as you want. Each upload creates its own analytics session. You can view each one separately from your dashboard.

Yes. Your trading data is stored securely and is only accessible by you. We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. We do not share, sell, or use your individual trade data for any purpose other than providing you with our analytics services. You can delete your account and all data at any time from Settings.

The Trader Score™ is a composite rating from 0 to 100 that measures your overall trading performance. It is calculated by our AI using your actual trade data across five dimensions: Discipline Score (do you follow rules and avoid revenge trading?), Risk Management Score (are your losses controlled?), Consistency Score (are your wins repeatable?), Edge Score (do you have a statistical edge?), and an overall performance rating.

The score is calculated by first computing over 15 performance metrics from your raw trade data — win rate, profit factor, max drawdown, average hold time, performance by symbol, performance by time of day, and more. These metrics are then sent to our AI model which analyzes patterns, identifies strengths and weaknesses, and produces the score breakdown. The AI never sees your raw CSV — only the pre-calculated statistical summary.

Scores above 70 indicate strong overall performance with good risk management and consistency. Scores between 50-70 suggest a developing trader with clear areas for improvement. Scores below 50 indicate significant issues that need to be addressed before scaling. The score is relative to best practices in professional trading, not compared to other users.

Yes — that is the whole point. Each AI report includes a 7-day improvement plan with specific, actionable steps based on your actual data. Upload a new CSV after implementing changes to see how your score improves over time.

Not necessarily. Some traders use both — TradeZella for daily journaling and tagging, and MyTraderScore for a periodic deep-dive AI audit. Others prefer our simpler approach. We are a different tool for a different workflow, not a direct replacement.

No — and this is one of our biggest differentiators. Many traders use prop firm accounts, funded accounts, or multiple brokers that do not support direct API connections. Since we work entirely from CSV exports, we support every broker, every prop firm, and every platform without exception.

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Settings page. When you cancel, you keep full access until the end of your current billing period. We do not charge cancellation fees.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Payments are processed securely by Paddle, our payment provider.

Tax is calculated automatically by Paddle based on your location and local tax laws. Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record, meaning they handle all tax compliance globally on our behalf.

Yes. You can switch plans at any time from the Settings page. If you switch from monthly to yearly, you will be credited for any unused time on your current plan.

Yes. We have an affiliate program open to traders, content creators, trading coaches, and anyone with an audience interested in trading performance. If you refer someone who subscribes, you earn a commission for as long as they remain a paying customer.

Affiliates earn 30% commission on the first payment from every referred subscriber, then 15% recurring commission on every subsequent renewal for the lifetime of that subscription. This means if someone you refer stays subscribed for 2 years, you keep earning 15% every month or year they renew.

You get a unique referral link (e.g. mytraderscore.com?ref=YOURCODE). When someone clicks your link, a tracking cookie is set for 30 days. If they sign up and subscribe within that window, the sale is attributed to you automatically.

Commissions are paid monthly via PayPal. The minimum payout threshold is $20. We process payments on the 1st of each month for the previous month's commissions. You will need to provide your PayPal email and tax information (W-9 for US residents) before receiving your first payout.

Anyone can apply. We particularly welcome traders who share their journey on social media, YouTube creators covering trading topics, Discord server owners, trading coaches, and newsletter writers. There is no minimum follower count required to apply.

Not yet. MyTraderScore is currently a web app that works on mobile browsers, but a dedicated mobile app is on our roadmap.

AI reports typically generate in 10-15 seconds. The speed depends on the number of trades in your upload and current AI model load.

Yes. You can export your full trade history as a CSV at any time from the Trade History page using the Export CSV button.
